I grew up in Germany but lived most of my life in Italy and France working and travelling through the world of fashion.

The opportunities that came through my work and travels, allowed me the freedom of cultivating my love and passion for beauty, healing practices and a holistic, creative lifestyle.

Collecting from different cultures and rituals, I decided to make it my mission to bring this knowledge and creative expression into meaningful and healing projects.

Making a bold move I left the noisy city life behind and immersed myself into a new chapter of nature, silence and sound.

Always searching for new ways to extend joy and wellbeing, I participated in a sound frequency journey and was immediately drawn into the universe of these magic healing frequencies.

Today I spend my time between the studio, the alchemy crystal bowls and my kitchen, creating recipes inspired by nature and the seasons.

I share my passionate vision of a holistic and creative approach to physical and mental wellbeing with old and new friends through events, retreats and weekends in nature.

My performances with the alchemy crystal sound bowls are an artistic expression in a shared or private experience. 

My energy resonates through the vessels into the frequencies and sound, sharing contemplations, dreams and visions.

Guiding the participants into a world of awareness, beauty, peace and stillness, holding a space for the individual to truly immerse into their inner-self.
