CHABERTON

Blurred scene of a person playing an upright piano outdoors with headphones on, another person sitting nearby, focus on grass and plants in the foreground, mountains in the distance.

Chaberton is the title of a unique single, marking the first-ever collaboration between a piano and crystal bowls.

Composed and performed by Taskayali & Giers, this release embraces a lo-fi approach, recorded outdoors amidst the natural surroundings at the foot of the majestic French mountain, Chaberton, rather than in a studio environment.

The single was produced by Weaving Sound, a project dedicated to crafting immersive music performances and soundscapes for various locations, with production and creative vision by Daniela Cattaneo.
